INTRO - These welcoming group SUP sessions will start with the safe use of equipment and basic strokes. We recommend bringing a change of clothes and a windproof layer, as well as a water bottle. We'll provide everything else. Group sizes are kept small so you'll get the support you need. Suitable for anyone aged 14+ 1.5 Hours - £35pp
PROGRESSION - Get into your rhythm with a private progression session. For those who understand the basics, but have a specific goal or are struggling to develop their skills on personal paddles. We can help you develop efficiency, master the step-back, or get more confident with your stance. Bring along snacks, water, and a change of clothes. 1.5 Hours - £120 for up to 4 people
JOURNEYS - If you'd like to explore the waterways, but fancy someone else taking care of the safety, planning, recomended stop-offs, or even transportation for a one way trip let us know. - POA
